“We couldn't fly to our annual reunion in Turkey so we decided to visit one couple in East Kent and bring the reunion from Scotland and Northampton to the Arthouse. We had great comms from Sebastian and Adelle from the beginning. Key code given in the morning and found everything as it should have been. The front bedrooms are a wee bit noisy as on the main road but with secondary glazing, a lot cancelled out. We had everything to start our trip off, a few kitchen essentials. “We had a wonderful time at this apartment. We had a little hiccup checking in but it got resolved. The location is a short walk to the main part of Canterbury, the Cathedral, both train stations, and lots of pubs and restaurants. If you’re there at Christmas time the festival and kiosks are also walkable and fabulous! We rented a car for two-days, Enterprise is right down the street as is parking, and drove to the Cliffs of Dover and Leeds Castle - both were relatively close and gorgeous. We...

“Lovely flat close to beach and station”

“Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good.”

“We needed a base for a golfing break to Sandwich. The apartment was perfect.It had everything we could want and was immaculate.Two bathrooms, kitchen and nice living room with all mod cons. It is very central for Sandwich which is a beautiful place and you are walking distance for various pubs and restaurants. Can't praise apartment enough and the directions and practicalities were all dealt with by the owner who was very responsive and helpful.5*😁”

“Very convenient, 20mins away from the town centre, nicely decorated & easy to park. Only reason for not being perfect throughout is the bedding was a bit thin and the electric meter cupboard door was broken so it banged in the wind & kept me up. Otherwise great”
