“We had a fantastic stay in this lovely property which is in a great location in Whitstable. It’s cosy with great decor, and the kitchen has a good range of cookware. The garden was small but perfectly formed - great for the sunny days!”

“Ric’s cottage has been renovated to the highest standard and has all the amenities for an extremely comfortable stay in Whitstable. A bit of trouble initially finding a parking space but once we found one, we had no need to use the car again, as everything was within walkable distance. Lovely garden for sundowners! “Beautiful Georgian Townhouse-perfect setting for a multi-genertional birthday event. Size and nature of the kitchen facililitated our exceptional chef,Ed Jennings,in preparing and cooking the birthday meal and serve straight to dining room and we were then able to move upstairs for dancing!!!! “We stayed for a long weekend in Deal (which in itself was a revelation - super nice). The property is just as described- so near to the shops and restaurants and also the beach but without any noise and parking to boot - which could be horrendous in peak season. The property itself is nicely furnished and we spent a long time looking at all the beach/nautical items. All in all I would thoughtless recommend this as a stay and Deal is well worth a visit. Owner was upper helpful and friendly too.”

“Property is large and well decorated. Garden is fenced and has patio, table and chairs. Shower was lovely and hot and in a modern bathroom. Kitchen is large and has most items but couldn't find oven gloves and microwave is ancient. Wine and jam was nice offering but no tea, coffee or milk available which was not great as nearest shop is 4 miles away! Bedrooms are well presented although main bed was small and makes alot of noise as springs in base and matress. Couldn't find hairdryer....
