“Large, spacious and comfortable. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom big bonus for elderly mother with limited mobility. Well equipped kitchens with everything you need.We had 2 small dogs who loved the garden and the walks around the local area. Location is great. Everyone had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend and go back ”

“Great place to stay all the house is clean and warm ,very near shops ”

“Although the accommodation is small it has everything you need and plenty of storage. We only used the kettle and toaster in the kitchenette but there was a hot plate and microwave too so we could have cooked if we wanted. The garden is a lovely place to sit and hidden from the road (cul de sac) by bushes. It’s not the sort of place you’d spend the whole day in due to its size but that is reflected in the price so it’s perfect for a short stay where one might be out for most of the day. However...

“The house is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, and wonderfully decorated. The pool and outdoor area was perfect, lots of different seating areas for relaxing and eating al fresco. Cannot fault it in any way. Easy to walk into Margate, 10 mins by car from Broadstairs. Lovely beaches to walk to - Botany Bay is a must. 5 STAR!!!”

“We found the house to be very comfortable, with car parking available on the front drive, a three minute walk to the beach, and five minutes into the town.We had a very enjoyable week in a perfect location in deal.”

“The house was lovely and had everything we needed and the location was great - a minutes walk into town. This came with the downside of no parking at the property but there was parking at the esplanades about 10 minute walk away - not a problem for us as we stayed mainly in Broadstairs. The restaurants, especially the Spanish tapas place was well recommended!! A great place to stay.”

“Really enjoyable experience staying here - the house was in a perfect location, such a short walk to everything in Whitstable. The property was in excellent condition too; we were even able to use the fireplace one night which was lovely. The kitchen was decently stocked as well with coffee and tea, and there was even a fresh container of milk on the fridge for us! Really delightful”

“Great communication with James, ideal location. Quiet and easily accessible to Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay. Fabulous local pub, The Red Lion in walking distance. Cottage was modern, clean and very comfy beds. Garden leading to woods and fields. ”

“Great house for a long weekend, or longer. The garden is a sheltered sun trap which, with the vibrant scented lilac, make it hard to leave! Visited with friends (3 of us) and it was the perfect place - cosy, clean and bright. Will definitely book again!”

"Posto incantevole, questo edificio immerso nel verde, stuttura con un suo stile, albergo in parte in ristrutturazione, parte delle camere gia ristrutturate, la nostra nonostante è stata ancora da ristrutture presenta un arredamento in stile confortevole e sopratutto pulita. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno del giardino del hotel, dalla strada si fa un pò di difficoltà a trovare la stradina d'entrata tra gli alberi della strada. In zona abbastanza centrale da poter visitare il centro storico di Canterbury a piedi. "

Not a good choice for me

"The airconditioner doesnt work. The temperature can be set only at 18 degrees. Very poor breakfast. The selection of dishes at dinner is extremely limited. The quality of food was not at all good"

"Purtroppo sono stata solo una notte, ma la camera era stupenda. Non sarei più andata via. Spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto. Ho speso poco ed ho avuto un soggiorno indimenticabile . Non so se le camere sono tutte così ma la mia era favolosa!"
