“Everything you need for a perfect, relaxing holiday. Fantastic location, apartment has everything you need, extremely comfortable and clean. Views from lounge windows are fabulous and constantly changing, no need to turn on the tv when you can watch the sea and everyone coming and going. Am absolutely in love with Broadstairs and would definitely book the same apartment again.”

“The property was of an ideal size for us and our 15 months baby. It is very quite, surrounded by fruit trees orchards and farm fields. Despite arriving later than expected, Steve was present to welcome us and brief us on the house an surroundings. The cottage is in good condition, especially the kitchen and bathroom that look almost new. The kitchen is very well equipped. We even had the pleasant surprise of finding fresh milk, local apple juice and cross buns which were great for our first...

“The Milk She’d is just as it appears in photos. Lots of lovely quirky touches to the decor.Quick and easy stroll to the High St where there are many restaurants. Be sure to book!I didn’t meet Jo but she was very attentive via text.If you want to stay somewhere which personality, this is it”

“Das Cottage ist klein aber fein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und diskret,hat gute Tipps. Man kann schöne Ausflüge machen. Das Meer ist nicht weit und Sandwich sehr romantisch.gegeben.”

“We (six adults and three small kids) enjoyed a fantastic stay at the cottage. Good amenities in the cottage, ample space for sleeping, playing and eating and great surroundings. An ideal place for a family outing.”

“Sarah and her son were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely cottage in a great setting too. Good size and dog/family friendly. Comfy bed & sofa & the equipped kitchen was handy. Would certainly stay again!”

“The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend.”

“The property is in a lovely holiday park and the surrounding area is great. The property itself is comfortable and fairly well equipped. The problem is that small changes could make it better. The tv is shocking, needs a new cable. I did contact the owner who said he would look in to it but this never happened. One of the mattresses in the twin room needs changing desperately, it completely sags in the middle and is not comfortable. There is also an electricity meter you have to feed £1 coins in...

"Posto incantevole, questo edificio immerso nel verde, stuttura con un suo stile, albergo in parte in ristrutturazione, parte delle camere gia ristrutturate, la nostra nonostante è stata ancora da ristrutture presenta un arredamento in stile confortevole e sopratutto pulita. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno del giardino del hotel, dalla strada si fa un pò di difficoltà a trovare la stradina d'entrata tra gli alberi della strada. In zona abbastanza centrale da poter visitare il centro storico di Canterbury a piedi. "

"Purtroppo sono stata solo una notte, ma la camera era stupenda. Non sarei più andata via. Spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto. Ho speso poco ed ho avuto un soggiorno indimenticabile . Non so se le camere sono tutte così ma la mia era favolosa!"
