“Clean rooms , w/c seat was broken , window seal was sticky so item's stuck to the surface . Staff were really nice , the bar was good . Great to have free parking . Overall not bad but not memorable enough to return .”

“Excellent location. En-suite room. Friendly staff. Quirky old Victorian style bathroom with shower in roll top bath (would not be suitable for those with mobility issues, as they would have difficulty getting in and out of the bath). It was very hot weather and only one opening window. The fan helps, but could do with air conditioning. The room is fine for a couple of nights. We had an enjoyable atay”

“I booked this hotel for my birthday, wanting to be near the ocean, and it totally delivered! We stayed in the beautiful loft room, and the Dyson fan kept it nice and cool. Loved the bathroom and its size. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, but the pub/restaurant staff, not so much. We really wished we could've stayed longer (but the hotel was fully booked, of course). Having the beach so close was just perfect. I would definitely revisit Botany Bay Hotel.”

“For me the staff and the welcome made this such a lovely stay. I was a little confused when I arrived as had to go upstairs to the bar to check in but the warm welcome by the owner and the staff made me really feel at home. “The airconditioner doesnt work. The temperature can be set only at 18 degrees. Very poor breakfast. The selection of dishes at dinner is extremely limited. The quality of food was not at all good”
