My bed mattress was soft and the bed was a bit squeaky. The windows didn't have the shear drapes but just the main curtains. The TV, fridge, and the microwave worked fine. The continental breakfast was okay. They had three types of cereal, bagels, and sandwich bread, milk, two juices, apples, and coffee....
