“Checking went without any issues, Staff was nice. The room was satisfactory, clean and ready. nice to have a mini fridge for leftovers from dinner, but unfortunately the microwave did not work. Thankfully the AC worked. We checked in late and only stayed for one night, so it was fine. We didn't even turn on the TV to see if it worked LOL, (too tired). “We booked an accessible room at this hotel, since my husband is a paraplegic. The parking was ample, and it was easy to get to our room from the parking lot, which matters to my wheelchair-bound husband. Check-in was quick. The room was comfortably clean, with only some minor details that hadn't been touched in a while. The bathroom was spacious for a wheelchair, but most of the rest of the room was inaccessible to my husband due to spacing between the bed and the TV console. He was barely...

“We did not like that we didn't get new towels for the next day. We needed to go to Dollar General to buy us some.”

“The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected.”

“Well it was not exactly the feeli g of clean and comfortable that I was going for it had stained blankets the floor had stains the shower had no bar to hold my rag the drain fell apart and becsme detached from the tub the shower head fell off the water was really hot I did get burnt when above all I had problems with the front desk again which makes it a second time that only made it a more uncomfortable situation if like a refund but it'll take tjem 7 days for them to refund me only sickens me...
