“The staff was great and let me check in after there was a snag with the deposit. Once I was able to pay it they were great. They were understanding of the situation and I understood their reasons for not letting me check in without my deposit. Once I was checked in the room was great. It was clean and very welcoming. Also, she was warm, friendly, and cheerful at every interaction. Gold star plus! Room was spacious and provided exactly what I needed, but Sam made it highly likely for me to return next time I'm in TH.”
