“The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected.”

“Checking went without any issues, Staff was nice. The room was satisfactory, clean and ready. nice to have a mini fridge for leftovers from dinner, but unfortunately the microwave did not work. Thankfully the AC worked. We checked in late and only stayed for one night, so it was fine. We didn't even turn on the TV to see if it worked LOL, (too tired). “Comfortable hotel”

“The rooms were set up as studio apartments for two room mates. The TV was not laid out where you could comfortably watch. The TV did not work until maintenance replaced the remote batteries. The AC worked great when you were awake but after maintenance made programming changes. At night the AC would shut down because no motion was detected. You had to get out of bed and make a motion to enable it to turn on. The location is a block from a busy hospital ER. Many ambulances...

“I’ve stayed in MANY H2S it’s ll my husband and I stay in. The breakfast at the Champaign H2S was not so good. It was sloppy! Bacon on the floor, they were out of coffee and when I told the staff at the desk the coffee was gone the answer was “ok” and she never got any. I had to drink decaf that morning. She just stood there even though she had no customers around. I went to the grocery next door for a container of creamer since there was none out. The next day they refilled the creamer. I had to...

“Weight room was mediocre at best. Complimentary breakfast was barely edible. I was grateful they had a donut & coffee shop right outside their hotel. Everything else was nice. Staff was respectful.”

“The room was very comfortable and pretty clean for the most part. The shower curtain was very short which let water out all over the floor no matter how we tried to avoid it. The pool was questionable at best. You could not see to the bottom in any area of the pool. We picked a hotel with a pool in case the weather was bad so we could take our 2 little grandkids. The pool water is in definite need of attention.”

“What we absolutely loved about our stay, and what made the experience uniquely special, was the exceptional treatment that Joshua showered us with—from the time he greeted us at our vehicle upon check-in—to the time he walked us to our vehicle at checkout. The room and common areas were flawlessly kept, the property was peaceful, and the other guests were just as pleased as we were to share such a wonderful space. The added bonus is that Joshua makes a superb quiche!”

“This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also.”
