“Absolutely beautiful property with great amenities...perfect for a 10 day stay, with everything you need to be self-sustained. Excellent dining choices very close like the Red Cow and the Canadian Honker restaurants...St Mary's Mayo is directly across the street with an active Shuttle to the other Mayo locations. This stay put my wife at ease during our visit. Such great staff, too. Thank you Nicole!”

“The room & property was comfortable. Only dislike was the taste of the water. The machines needed new filters or maybe just the water in that area. I have stayed here many times & will continue to.”

“We were there for the mayo for 5 days. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. It was like a mini apartment with a full size fridge, kitchenette with all the utensils, couch, and desk We had no issues with any equipment. no ovens if you are thinking pizzas. The bath and shower was roomy. 4 grocery stores close by for meal and snack planning. 3 restraunts within walking. I would stay again and recommend to others.”

“The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.”

“Perfect for our stay in Rochester. A pretty little inn with helpful staff, and a very clean room. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. As a bonus It was great having the Canadian Honker right next door to enjoy a nice dinner. I would stay again.”

“Room very well organized. Very friendly, helpful staff. Parking easy. No breakfast, water heater not functioning for one day but fixed. If you are a Mayo patient, there is a shuttle but it serves many hotels. Workable but runs less often and takes longer than dedicated shuttles at some nearby hotels.”

“We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.”

“Difficult review to write The staff was excellent with me, very pleasant and accommodating The reason for my poor review is the location of the hotel situated directly beside the train tracks and crossing. Our first night 3 trains came by the hotel from 12:30am to 6:00am, each one blowing their whistle at the crossing waking us up. This happened almost every night at least one train after midnight waking us up. The other issue was the hotels policy NOT to clean the rooms daily. We called...

“The location was right next to the Mayo Center where I had easy access to the Center for my appointments.”

“Good location and parking. Had terrible food at the onsite restaurant, Crave. Facilities are run down, staff weren’t the friendliest. Room wasn’t as clean as you would hope for.”

“Clean room Staff excellent Breakfast ok Only thing the recliner was missing a bolt somebody replaced it with a zip tie. Should fix for next time. Everything else is very good thank you”

“The room was very nice and very clean however the air conditioning had gone out in the building and the room was very warm. The front desk admitted they had been working on it all day. They offered a full refund or a stay at their nice Aspen suites hotel next-door at the same price which was a big savings and we accepted. The suite was very nice. I believe the age of the building led to the malfunctioning air conditioning and I would be reluctant to stay there in the future.”
