“I always like staying here when I have to come to Rochester/Mayo for appointments. The customer service has always been great. The breakfast has been great and the rest of the amenities are great for what I need. They have a courtesy van that can take you to your appointment and some other places. They also have an excellent restaurant right in the hotel. ”

“I hated the bed and the pillows. Bed was super firm and the pillows were like 12 inch squares instead of the normal pillow size. Walls were really thin there was a baby crying most of the night and i wasnt able to sleep. Super fustrating. I wasnt intown for leisure. I had work at mayo early the next morning and just needed rest i was not able to get that. ”

“The sink in our room, water prerssure was very slow. The cold & Hot water Faucet had hardly any water coming out of the spout and it was coming out very slow. The Shower worked just fine.”
