“We were warmly welcomed at check in and given waters and bananas. Rooms super clean and comfy beds. Loved the yogurt bar for breakfast! Will definitely come back!”

“Room was clean but had a lingering smell. Laundry room was dirty. Stairwell carpets were very dirty. Front desk help was often unavailable and cleaners who were in the area were trying to help with questions. Breakfast ended at 9:00. Due to our late arrival the evening prior, a bit later would have been beneficial for kids who needed more sleep.”

“Check in and was given a price but when we checked out it was almost twice as much quoted.”

“I have stayed at Microtel's for years. This was by far the worst maintained that I have ever stayed at. The sheet rock corners were falling off, toilet was stained, room smelled of mold, window opened very hard, tub drain didn't work, carpet had shreds. Most of the night, people were talking loudly in the office waiting room outside my room door. I know one thing for sure, that I will never stay there again.”

“We always stay at this hotel when we travel to JFK Nationals. We tried a few others but nothing else has ever compared especially for thw price.”

“This is an older hotel, but the rooms amenities and cleanliness, and staff made it worth the stay. We will return if there is ever a need.”

“This hotel s always clean and quiet. The staff is great and the shuttle runs right on schedule with great drivers. We use it to go to Mayo and after appointments we have never had to wait longer than 10 or 15 minutes for a pickup.”

“The room is pretty clean, but I overheard a conversation about housekeeping and the help desk person said housekeeping was done around every three weeks or so to the person asking. But that’s for an extended stay, which is still kinda long. Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms. It doesn’t stink or anything, but doesn’t smell fresh either. Also, I have rarely had everything I need in the room. They are usually missing something. The...
