“Above average”

“Hot tub wasn’t working, empty beer cans in the pool area, shower made loud scratching noises when running, drywall damage in rooms and halls, breakfast wasn’t maintained no forks or egg refilled the whole time we where down there to eat apple juice machine wasn’t cold. ”

“Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips!”

“There was nothing in the kitchen. Breakfast was pre packaged muffins and coffee. We stayed 3 nights. The hall carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and wasn't vacuumed while we were there. That was gross.”

“Room was clean and comfy. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. ”

“The hotel was nicely located to stores and restaurants. However, the evening attendant was sleeping when we tried to check in. In addition, the room itself was not kept up. The tub was chipping and looked unclean. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. In addition, the headboard and remote had grit on it. Luckily I bring lysol wipes wherever I go. Part of the pool was roped off and unusable. Lastly, the chlorine smell was so strong it permeated our room which was on the opposite side of the...

“The room was very clean, as well as the entire facility. The beds were very noisy, as in turning over, the mattresses made a tremendous amount of noise. One was comfortable for sleeping but the other was hard. The shower pressure was great! Did not like the soda machine only being on second floor, totally at other end. Should have one soda machine on each floor.”

“Staff seemed overwhelmed but nice. My bathroom was pretty dirty. Siwmming pool was good though!”

“Breakfast was fine. Pancakes were just sitting on a platter so everyone who went down the line, were able to get their germs on them, maybe make sure they are in a covered container. ”
