Hotel vicino a Douglas State Trail Head Rochester - Rochester

“Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips!”

“No towels in the pool area, weight room and fewer than needed in our room. The shower only had scalding hot mode. Terrible. Overall rated 2 out of 5 ”

“I was itching all night,ended up sleeping on top of the blankets.Not sure if it was animal dander or bed bugs,but it was a tough night.We had a tournament all day and I was extremely exhausted due to lack of sleep.”

“There was nothing in the kitchen. Breakfast was pre packaged muffins and coffee. We stayed 3 nights. The hall carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and wasn't vacuumed while we were there. That was gross.”

“Hot tub wasn’t working, empty beer cans in the pool area, shower made loud scratching noises when running, drywall damage in rooms and halls, breakfast wasn’t maintained no forks or egg refilled the whole time we where down there to eat apple juice machine wasn’t cold. ”

“We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. ”

“The kitchen was well equiped, and there is a water and ice machine in every floor. The hotel is in great condition and walking distance to every Mayo Clinic building.”

“Perfect for visiting Mayo Clinic!!! Front desk staff helpful, shuttle to Mayo easy and friendly, Room perfect, cleaning staff thorough. Loved having a kitchen. I ordered groceries through delivery and staff called my room when they arrived. The only criticism was the free breakfast, I did not care for it. Everything else was perfect, would stay here again! There is construction, but not a problem. I enjoyed watching the progress. ”

“The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. A free shuttle to Mayo Clinic stops right outside the front lobby doors, Mayo St. Mary's Hospital is just across the street, and there are several restaurant options in walking distance from the property. The kitchenette in the suite, complementary guest laundry room, Monday thru Thursday light suppers, and daily breakfast make Aspen Suites ideal for longer stays. My only complaint is that it is not a quiet hotel. Hearing people walking...
