“The motel needs updates paint etc.The room was clean except for a spider in the bathtub. The hall way to the room the carpet was wet therefore left a musty smell.”

“This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were.”

“My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”

“The evening I checked in I Meg the manager and very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Only down side was toilet would run occasionally and had to flip handle. Love the lemon water in entry.”

“Be aware of unexpected delays with deposit refunds. The hotel placed a hold on my card and told me it would be released after my stay. More than two weeks later, the money is still missing from my account. I have called several times and have been unable to get anyone to answer or help. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better communication and professionalism.”

“The continental breakfast was excellent. The hot tub was out of order, no towels in the pool area and lighting was very poor throughout the hotel.”

“From the outside, it looks like a truckers motel. Right next to a truck stop. Duh. When I checked there was no one at the desk and access to the rooms was wide open. No interior security. The room itself was ok. Bathroom was eh. The shower was not very strong. The supplied soap and shampoo, dried my skin out terribly so. The one shinning star in this was, I lost my room key and had to wake the host up after 1:30am. They did come and get me into my room and issued another key. Found...
