“This is a no-frills hotel, and we booked primarily because of the low price, but we liked it well enough that we will probably return.
Good: Microwave oven, in-room Keurig machine, clean room, everything working properly, new flooring in our room--not sure about the other rooms.
Average: Close to highway but surprisingly not too loud, tiny bathroom (but in decent condition and clean)
So-so: Loud in-wall AC unit...but it kept the room comfortable

“This is an awesome hotel for Mayo. (nothing against Mayo) It is not a name brand hotel, so don't be looking for too many amenities, although, they do try to make your stay comfortable. Ice machines, fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The outside shows it's age, but inside is spotless. Bed was comfortable, AC was cold (window unit), Shower was hot and had decent pressure. Depending on what time you get there, there may or may not be someone in the office, but the check-in was very...

“I have stayed there several times. Its a great place, but the cottages could use a little maintenance. New shower heads and some flooring. But those will not keep me from coming. The restaurant and bar are excellent, and the property is super convenient for what we want. The staff are always friendly. Other than a few maintenance needs, i cant say much bad about the place. Will definitely book again in the future. We love it there.”

“We were on a business trip. There weren't many options in Madison but this hotel had the best reviews. I would definitely recommend and woukd stay there again. Clean and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was a nice added perk.”

“I absolutely loved our stay at this property. The room we got was right next to the front desk, the Pool /backyard area, and best of all within a few steps of the great, totally fabulous and served hot every morning serve yourself breakfast. We got the very spacious, king sized bed, jacuzzi tuh in the area where there is a small pull out couch and coffee table also.
There was a mistake at the very begining . which in some cases could, have broughe down our whole viiip buy the hotel staff was...
