Hotel a Milltown

“This was the cleanest room that I have stayed in in a long time. The staff was so helpful and so nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were the best and clean so is the bathroom and the family and staff were so nice and good to you. I give it a five star rating are the best rating that can be thank you.”

“Not the newest, but maintained and safe. Stayed here while in town for the Tour de Lou in Louisville. Close enough without the higher price of hotels closer to Louisville.”

“Sink clogged,Bed linens had hair on them. Had to wait for someone to come to front desk to check in. It was about ten minutes. Called number on front desk and only got voicemail. Will not be staying there again. Halls reeled of garlic. Went to eat breakfast at 8:00 no fruit, no eggs, was not impressed!!”

“Customer service was great. The breakfast was really good. The housekeeping people were very friendly and asked if we needed anything. The rooms could use a little bit of updating, but they were very clean. Besides a cigarette butts on the ground, the outside area was clean.”

“The breakfast was fantastic, nice selection and very good. A/C worked better than expected in the rooms. Room was clean, room cleaners took away used towels but did not restock each day, we had to ask for more towels down at the check in desk. Cleaners also did not empty trash receptacles each day. But for the most part was a pleasant stay.”

“This place is absolutely ridiculous! The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! When I 1st checked in the room, it smelled like mildew and the ceiling in the room and restroom is falling down. The sink in the bathroom and the toilet were loose. To to it off, the bed was hard and I could feel the springs. 😞 I went to the front desk asking to change the room, they said that water pipes busted and they didn't fix the ceiling or clean the carpet. They told me the hotel was full, although the parking lot...
