“It was comfortable and welcoming. The evening activity was karaoke and had a really welcoming and encouraging vibe. I enjoyed talking with the other guests from around the world. This hostel was mellow and I got a great night sleep. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach!
One downside is that you can’t park overnight in the Belmont lot across the street. I didn’t notice the signs and paid a hefty towing fee. My own fault. ”

“This place is amazing the hotel 5 stars simple and luxurious just what you need for a couple days , there's so many places to eat close by !Love that they have surf boards , paddle board, ride bikes for free , the staff is friendly would highly recommend this place would stay again .”
“It’s the cheapest room in Ocean Beach. The room is cozy with cute decor. They leave a pair of water bottles and some old mints, lol. Lots of young people hanging about. We are old so we always book the private rooms. Nice place for a night or two just to hang out in OB.”
“Ottima struttura le camere belle e pulite, unica pecca che la vista mare parziale non è mai accessibile dalla camera perché il letto da proprio sulla passarella comune quindi bisogna stare sempre con la tenda chiusa, in compenso c'è un terrazzo comune ampio e con una vista oceano magnifica dove si puo passare le serate al tramonto . Il parcheggio è comodo la zona abbastanza comoda alle attrazioni della città accessibile in auto. L'unica cosa che nel quartiere ci sono parecchi vagabondi. ”
“we had an amazing time at mission bay! staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. everyone greeted you while passing by which was nice. the room with the balcony facing the ocean is absolutely beautiful! the pools were clean and the watersides are lots of fun. the cabanas are worth getting. the best part is you have it booked all day, you can leave, come back, and still have your cabana! food at the pelican is a pricey but good! ”
“Location is nice but make no sense booking a room for that since the whole hotel is under construction only 4 rooms available and none with beach view, room is Recently remodeled but you should be fair with your guests and your self and put that out in your website that the place is literally a construction site pff for 150$ per night it was a scam”
“Hotel pulito, personale molto cordiale, la posizione dell’hotel era ottima, vicinissima ad ocean beach! Non ho more negative da fare, l’unica Forse è che è poco silenziosa la stanza, ma la notte l’hotel e i suoi ospiti non fanno macello, quindi non posso dire sia proprio una nota negativa. Consigliatissimo!!!!!!! ”
