Hotel a Mooresville

“Mr. Patel the owner has been giving me trouble the entire time checking in. He has been so rude and he kept being smart with me. One incident being that he tried to forcibly charge me on sight than what was online. So i had him give me my card back and i made a reservation myself online. He also didnt allow my guest to have access to the room even when i booked for 2 guest and stated that i didnt put him down and there is no option for that online. Only the person checking in which we’ve already...

“The breakfast was disappointing. The bad wasn’t comfortable but everything was okay.”

“The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The proximity to the airport is perfect. Only complaint is the thermostat in our room didn’t cool down to our liking. Otherwise it was perfect.”

“We had two rooms and they were clean. In one room the TV didn't work and in the other room the shower pressure was poor. The breakfast was good. The front desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly, as were the girl who checked us out and the worker in the breakfast area on our last day.”

“Newly renovated hotel. Lobation is excellent. Staffs were very friendly.”

“Facility room-key machine was broken and no keys could be assigned/generated. 1-2 day wait for parts, staff offered to let us in/out as necessary. They let us cancel and go elsewhere.”

“Beautiful setting. In the middle of nowhere! No restaurants. No shops. Beds were comfortable, shower was good but no soap provided! Lighting was very dim -could use an upgrade.”

“A bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a nice addition for the price. I booked it because of the pool, but we couldn't use it because a pool party was taking place with lots of smokers. I'd ask in the future if smoking was allowed poolside.”

“Mirror was broke, blow dryer had sticky substance on it, bath tub bar was missing, something on sheets and water kept dripping in the bathroom. And continental breakfast was packaged choclate chip muffins and an apple or orange. Oh and they told us we do have people staying here they just dont have cars, which freaked us out. We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot.”
