Booked this hotel through Expedia. Get to the hotel and swipe my card for incidentals and the hotel charges me for the stay again. I call the hotel to get this resolved. I get told that the owner isn’t covering the cost of my stay. WHAT?!? He claimed the virtual card from Expedia was declined. And he wasn’t covering my trip. Staff tells me that I need to call Expedia to resolve this. Again, WHAT?!? I have to do their job to get their payment resolved. I called Expedia, and they were great. Took me 5 minutes to have Expedia train the hotels staff how to process payments through them. Not only that but Expedia refunded me for the hotels horrible service. I do not recommend this hotel at all based on the service from the owner. He could care less about conducting business correctly
