“There was a little confusion about checking in. We arrive late and the staff already left for the date. Our Apartment was in the separate building away from the main building. There was no elevator in that building. The staff was nice enough to come back and carry the suitcase for us since we live on the top floor of the building with no elevator. The decorations and design is so vintage and I remembered some of the old pots and pans and iron displayed all over the lobby . The front desk staff were helpful and always smiling . The room was so cozy and clean . I had the beautiful view of the mountain and water . The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious ! The servers were all accommodating , friendly , smiling , courteous....

L'armadio a muro della camera era in uno stato vergognoso ed in generale, pur non potendo dire che non fosse pulita, dava l'impressione di essere trasandata: arredamento vecchio, bagno vecchio, televisore a tubo catadico minuscolo, illuminazione della stanza scarsa (praticamente inesistente). "L'acqua calda in doccia è durata due minuti e mi sono dovuta fare la doccia fredda. Sul letto c'era solo una sorta di coprimaterasso, non c'era nessun lenzuolo. Servizio reception assente la mattina al mio check out. Ho dovuto suonare due volte il campanello e non ho trovato molta cordialità."
