“ottima posizione a 20 mt dalle due principali funivie , camera nuova , piccola ma carica con balcone verso la parete Nord dell'Eiger ! Per una notte ok per più tempo sopratutto in inverno forse si sente la mancanza di un armadio capiente ( solo alcuni cubi aperti sul muro ) . un pò spartana la colazione anche se quello che offrono era di buona qualità . ”
“The property is in the middle of the two train stations in Interlaken making it very convenient to go anywhere in any direction. Every place was within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Everyone spoke english and no communication barrier. Included breakfast was very good. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very delicious. I didn't get to use the pool nor the sauna due to lack of time but it was great that option was available. Definitely...
“The room was clean and comfortable. There was no AC but you could open the windows which was nice in the evenings.
The staff were very nice. There are dining options onsite and just behind the hotel in a courtyard. It was a nice walk to Interlaken train stain and a shorter walk to Interlaken West.

“We've just returned from a 2 night stay at the Grandhotel Giessbach and wow, what a place! The hotel is certainly grand and is located in the most beautiful location I've ever seen, overlooking Lake Brienz with the Giessbach falls only metres away! The staff were all very pleasant, the breakfast was great, the bar was lovely, the Les Cascades restaurant was lovely, the surrounding park and trails were truly beautiful!
However, my only complaint is that we had to pay 15CHF per night for parking....
“We loved our stay at the Aarburg Hotel & Cafe. Our room was clean and quiet and faced the river- which was beautiful. Breakfast in the cafe included our choice of coffee drinks, scrambled eggs and a variety of breads and fresh yogurt. We would highly recommend The Aarburg! ”

The staff was very helpful with planning alternative hikes. I chose to walk the 800m from the train station, which for me was very doable.
