Hotel a Nacogdoches

“Room was clean and parking was perfect for loading and unloading the luggage. ”

“Nice hotel but really pricy for one of the smallest rooms we have ever stayed in at a hotel. The front desk staff was not especially friendly or welcoming. I felt like an inconvenience the entire time we were checking in. The fitness room is great. The food and service in the restaurant were terrific. Don’t think I would stay here again. ”

“Stayed here previously without issues. This time was different. First room had an awful smell. Staff did change our room. Second room also had a very odd smell (like maple syrup) but was not disgusting like the first. When showering, we noticed mold on ceiling (took pics). Breakfast next morning was luke-warm to cold. “Clean room”

“Ac was broken and after finding roaches in the dresser drawers that weren’t broken we decided not to eat breakfast. Also there were bugs in the bathroom - the lamp was broken and the bathroom door was rotted or chewed out on the bottom inside the bathroom. The bath tub drain was non existent”

“Reasonably priced. Always clean. Hot tub is nice and rooms are clean and tidy”

“It was ok for the price if you’re not looking for an updated stay. Ok for work trip but wouldn’t take my family to stay here. It just seems old and outdated. The beds need replaced due to sagging in the middle.”
