“the room was not spotless the tub had two Rusty spots and the TV did not work the whole trip they said it was working on it and we'll work on getting me a refund of some kind but nothing else other than that things was great I had my grandkids with me and we had a fabulous time in center Texas. the staff was wonderful the food was great for breakfast and I will use them again when I'm in town thank you I do refer them to anybody that's traveling and need to lay the head down and rest use sleep...

“We love this hotel and stay here often. Always rate 5 stars. However, this time, due to front desk staffs lack of caring, our stay wasn't great. Apparently the battery in our thermostat died during the night and we all woke up sweating and very uncomfortable. I let the girl at the front desk know and her response was simply "Oh, I'm sorry about that". She didn't offer to get someone up to fix it, offer anything to offset the bad experience, nothing. I went back upstairs after grabbing some...
