Hotel a Garrison

“Overall, a good experience. I had reserved a room with two twin beds but the hotel didn't have them available when we arrived the first night of our reservation. The hotel put us in a room with a king size bed with a couch with a pull out bed. The pull out bed mattress was weathered and had some dark stains on it to the point, the person who would have slept on it, chose to make other arrangements. “Breakfast was terrible. It tasted bad and there were few options. For some reason our room did not get cleaned. There were cracks in the window, sinks, and walls. Thank God there were no bugs. The staff is very friendly, but the facility has diminished.”

“The property obviously needs updating, but the staff were all friendly and the room met my needs. All that being said, it was priced accordingly. I will revisit. ”

“We had a very late check in. The staff we understanding and accommodating. Breakfast was well stocked and good variety. The room was clean and had enough towels, shampoo and soap. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in the future.”

“See my first review and it's pretty much the same. **Shower curtain needs to be longer** The desk clerks weren't welcoming and seemed bothered when questioned. Hospitality and courtesy is a must in the field they chose. Smile SN: TV channels should include YouTube and link codes for mobiles.”

“Breakfast was great for this vegetarian and vegans in our party. Staff was very helpful and curious. However, the room was rather small for the price.”

“Staff was very helpful in assisting with needs. Not bad experience for the price paid. There was black mold in a room though which can be dangerous so not sure if I would want to go back unless I had to but then again they did move us to a much better room and the whole motel is getting renovated. Overall I would say 3 out of 5.”
