“I came to Nacogdoches for a funeral to be given this. The room was dirty had not been vacuum the carpet was filthy and not handicap accessible, only had a high tub and no shower. I had to find another hotel to stay in at 12:00 o’clock am. I called the hotels in the area and they couldn’t accommodate me. Finally I called the Sparks and they gave me a room. “Staff was ok, the faucets handles need repair and the ironing board they brought had rust and looked pretty old. The hotel room writing pad said they provided breakfast but they didn’t, the restaurant charged. So needless to say my stay will be the last time I stay there. It needs updating.”

“The facilities were adequate overall. However, the hotel advertises breakfast, which consisted of oatmeal in a packet, muffins, and granola bars. I do not consider this a continental breakfast, and the coffee was very disappointing. In addition to this, hotel promoted a swimming pool, yet it was locked during my stay and did not see anyone using it. “Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. “Our was clean. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the ac worked good. The front desk staff at check in was nice and so was the lady at check out. Great stay for the money!”
