Hotel a Newington

“You get what you pay for, everything is old and dirty. Its the only place in town and they know it, so no motivation to fix or clean anything.”

“Hotel is convienent to Georgia Southern. It alot of wear and tear. Upgrades are in desperate need. I traveled with my 18 year old on a college visit, Iwould not recommend for more than a 1 night stay. Roaches in room crawling on wall, trash from previous person left in room, so i know they didnt thoroughly clean it. Shower pressure was great with hot water, but it does not drain. Water filled tub and took over 30mins to drain. ”

“Clean room. Breakast NOT included with room. Breakfast buffet offered for $12.99 per person. Front desk person was unable to look up my member number while every other IHG hotel has no problem with that. I had t o call to get the number from customer service.”

“This is a 0 star hotel, it's so terrible. Their rooms are very dirty, in fact, I got sick. I spend a night and the next day I was sick. The rooms are musty and very dirty. Another room is very, very dirty and dilapidated. Another room has bed bugs. I checked out the next morning, they said they will refund me my second night but until now they have not refund me still. It has been almost a month now.”

“The room was smelling cigarrets, the floor was not cleaned and the bathroom was dirty with water under the mat. There is no breakfast. This is lie. ”

“The facility had obviously been updated not long ago. The bed was very comfortable. The room did have a strong smell probably from cleaning supplies. Unfortunately I woke up to multiple bugs crawling around the floor & walls. Front desk person was super nice & helpful!”

“Let's start with positives: The beds were comfortable. The fridge was cold. AC and heat worked fine.Now the negatives. We had a handicap room...beds are so high I had to buy a step stool for my husband to get up. No grab bars in the bathroom. No amenities like soap or shampoo. No mirror. After the first day, someone forgot to replace the towels. Chairs are beat up. Building is in rough shape, pool is filled in. Husband's wheelchair barely fit through the bathroom doorway.
