“Please stay away from this hotel/extended stay. My experience at WoodSpring Suites Savannah Garden City was terrible. After checking into my first room, I noticed missing items and the room smelled very bad. I went back to the front desk to report the issue. The front desk agent came to the room, acknowledged the smell, switched my room, and apologized, but stated they do not give refunds. The following day, I went to the front desk to ask for towels and was met by a very rude front desk agent....

“The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading. The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.”
