“No door to bathroom the floors felt very dirty”

“The manager double booked our room with a couple that had came in right before us, and when she gave us the new key. Wrote the wrong room number down so we had to figure it out on our own. The complementary breakfast wasn’t available nor even brought up but we were charged for it”

“Booked 3 rooms for graduation at GSU. Booked 2 King Suites with Disability Access Nd 1 Double Queen room. Requested early check in and was confirmed by staff but rooms had not been cleaned when we arrived. We had to wait 45 minutes for one room to be cleaned. The King Suites were not disability friendly. Toliets were very low with no grab bar to help with standing. Didn't even attempt to shower due to having to step over in the tub.”

“Overall, good stay, staff was great. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of our room. Room has a slight odor that you got use to quickly, realized it was from the air conditioner. The room definitely could use some cleaning, looked like they just did a quick wipe down of the bathroom counter and that was it. I ended up buying disinfectant wipes and wiping down the dresser, desk and bathroom.”
