“Stated check in was at 4pm. Got there around 4:15 and they were saying the room wasn't ready and that anytime between 4 and 6pm for check in. The reservation stated a queen size bed and it was not queen size. It had a full size bed in. I have stayed 4 times at Villas and this was probably the worst experience I have had with them. The check in guy had no personality and wasn't pleasant at all.”
