“The service across the entire hotel was top notch (e.g. cleaning crew, front desk, bell hop, valet, etc.). The staff were the standout for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel restaurant had pretty good food and was convenient. The hotel gym had great equipment in it. “This hotel was beautiful. Our suite was very spacious. Their computers were down when we got there, so check in took around 30 minutes. This was out of their control, and they comped our parking because of it. Everything was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We took our kids to the pool twice while we were there. It was very nice, and there were plenty of pool towels each time we went. The location was perfect for a concert at Truist Park.”
