“My room was very clean and spacious. I asked for a room downstairs so I would not have to use the stairs I guess there was nothing available. Bed was adequate a little too hard mattress”

“This was a nice area with eateries and stores. The staff at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was nice and could be better if it had a better venting system. The rooms smelled humid and moldy. The rugs felt wet and sticky because the air is on. With my allergies it was very difficult to breath without getting congested.”

“No major problems. Dining room was comfortable and well stocked for breakfast. Staff was wonderful, especially the housekeepers. Price was perfect for one night. However, buy a carpet cleaner for the lobby, update the weird quasi-Graceland/mountain chalet theme (again, lobby), and fix the elevator. It jerks and drops and shutters like crazy.”

“Needed a credit card for incidentals. Couldn’t use the regular terminal. Used something that only took swipe connected to the computer. Then she also keyed in the card…. Seemed sus. There really was no need to collect a card as there were no places for an incidental. Rooms are dated with a TV from 2009. Hand soap and lotion are mounted similar to the amenities in the shower. Seemed tacky. I wouldn’t pay $200 to stay at this Holiday Inn when it’s about the same as an old La Quinta.”
