“The house was roomy and clean. We lived the extra bathroom for teenage daughter. Nicely stocked with cooking utensils and even had water in the bowl for dog when we arrived.We will stay again next time we visit Oxford.”

“Property was as described. Common room is a bit small for a large group but manageable. Great location near Beale and FedEx for games. Main St is hit or miss as many storefronts are abandoned but there are great spots scattered throughout. Street noise was a major issue on Saturday night though that’s not the owners fault.”

You are also very close to the FedEx forum as my daughters and I went to a Grizzlies game while there. It was very close, close enough that people going to the game parked on the street where the home was located. If you don't want the busyness of Beale you can always go for a more tranquil area right around the corner on Main St. that also has tram stops. Restaurants near there...

“Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. The bed was comfortable and we loved it came netflix and cable ready. I think you can get a bigger ironing board, that very tiny board was a bit hard work to iron grown folks clothes.
