The house is absolutely beautiful! This is a gated community so you know, technology played a part but Jordan communicated so quick! He quickly responses to questions. The house is modern and beautiful! I would stay again!

Great location

Great location, The property was as described, but could have been cleaner. Plus, it was missing a few supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning supplies (which we purchased). There was some damage to the screens around the pool area, and we notified management. This could have happened from the prior storms. Overall, the stay was not bad, and the location was perfect.

It’s in a gated community in a good location. It's a good property, but it needs some TLC. My grandson got sick after using the pool just once, the pump didn't work and the skimmer to clean the pool was broken.

There’s a code required for the security gate to enter the community. The property is very comfortable with 4 bedrooms. We did not use the garage, pool or patio. The kitchen was not very clean obviously from previous guests and lack of detail from housekeeping. But the rest of the house was very nice. You can the hear airplanes at night but the neighborhood is fairly quiet.

Out of State Wedding Trip

This property was NOT "METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED" as described! We had difficulty getting into the gated community. The home had multiple issues that we communicated to the host and were NOT dealt with. Lack of towels, silverware, plugged ventilation, failed bed supports, Definitely not what we've experienced at other locations and not the money we paid!!!

Great Extended Weekend with the Guys

The good: Check in was seamless. Property was clean. Neighborhood was nice and there was even access to a community tennis court which was perfect as we were in town for a tennis tournament at the nearby USTA National Campus. The bad: Kitchen garbage disposal was broken and blocked (I was able to plunge it clear so it would drain at least) Pool was almost a foot low due to a leak so it wasn't filtering properly. The pool enclosure is in dire need of repair. There are numerous screens that are torn or missing likely due to landscape maintenance and/or the recent hurricanes. My past experience with vacation rentals is that there are some consumable supplies left by previous renters like spices, zip-loc bags, etc. In this case there wasn't so much as a salt or pepper shaker so bring everything you need if you plan on preparing a meal of any kind. The beds are extremely soft so this is bad or good depending on your personal taste.

House hunting in Kissimmee

Stayed at the property with our pups to close on our house in Sunbridge. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood and grocery store right across the street. Had some issues but all were fixed by the owner.
