“Front desk clerk junior was the sweetest and help at the desk I didn’t have to go back to front desk for anything the next time I’m in New York I’ll be staying here clean room and superb hospitality”

“Dalle foto sembra nuovo, ma la struttura é vecchia, carta da parati anni 60 anche rovinata. Un albergo 2 stelle non 4 stelle come descritto”

“Splendida posizione, tutto molto pulito e moderno, il personale è molto disponibile e gentile, colazione ottima e abbondante, l’accesso alla zona colazione è disciplinato perfettamente considerando il grande numero di ospiti. Peccato non aver saputo prima che l’hotel offre anche un servizio di trasporto verso l’aeroporto a prezzi simili ai principali operatori online, ne avremmo approfittato sicuramente. Sicuramente ci torneremo anche alla prossima visita a NY.”

“Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. Reason enough to not recommend. If you do stay there read the operation certificate in the only elevator which states it is only for...
