“Every staff person was so helpful, friendly, and enjoyed their job. They often worked in teams of at least 2 or more. It really is the very best of the best for every feature from pools, stores, restaurants, rooms, landscaping, rooms, views, and wildlife. Top A+. Don't hesitate to spend on this place, you can't go wrong.”

“Pros: No bugs!!! Clean bedding and towels, nearby ice machine, close to several stores and food options. Never felt like I wasn’t safe. Quiet motel. Cons: Poor WiFi, extremely rundown room, dirty walls and carpet, air conditioning doesn’t work that great. This hotel should be $85 a night. Not $233. But everything in Bend was expensive this weekend so I get it. They’re playing the game.”

“We were only there for one night, so that was fine. If you wanted to stay longer, I wouldn’t recommend unless you are a golfer. There wasn’t much to use to prepare meals, which we knew, which is why I wouldn’t stay longer. Otherwise, it was very scenic.”

“The rooms are out dated. The sheets were not clean and neither was the bathroom. There is a bar behind the hotel that plays music until after midnight. The room was overpriced.”

“Wi-Fi is a big deal in 2026 and we had two issues with it. First, the sign in process is RIDICULOUS. You have to give it every personal detail about yourself AND watch a minute long ad about some shady sounding "brain medicine" just to get online. after that, it worked for a few hours and then it was broken the remainder of our 2 day stay. We talked to the front desk, she looked at our phone for a minute then said there is nothing she can do to help. This cost me money because I had to purchase...

“The staff is an incredibly friendly & helpful - it was so nice to be welcomed by them when we arrived. The hotel is perfect for our needs, a comfortable bed, mini-fridge and the basics. The hot tub was a very pleasant experience after a long day of paddle boarding!”
