“All aspects of our stay were incredible! Room was clean, check in was seemless. Our only concern was that we packed our belongings and went out to breakfast on our last day, came back less than an hour later, 930 or so and our bed was stripped and our room was being cleaned. We had planned on staying in the room until checkout as we had an event to get dressed and ready for. Unfortunately, we did not have that option. “advertised 1 queen but was actually a full. was scared to walk across the floor because it was falling through and sinking all over. the pillows were beyond used. like so far we felt the zipper when we laid on it flat. no life left whatsoever. the lopsided mattress was oddly comfortable l, either that or I was so tired and just fed up with the appearance... the smell. towels were super soft. customer service was phenomenal. I however wouldn't recommend staying here EVER. yuck. ”
