“Bella struttura con camere ampie; pulita. Unico difetto troppo rumorosa; abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception, ma pur avendoci cambiato stanza il problema non è stato risolto. Vengono offerti tappi per le orecchie agli ospiti, ma sarebbe opportuno intervenire sul problema dell'impianto di condizionamento. ”

“The view from our room was stunning, as was the entire property. The staff were all very warm, welcoming, and very helpful. This was a great alternative to enjoying the Bend area since we usually stay in-town. Juniper Preserve was a lovely spot to treat ourselves! Very serene. ”

“Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. ”

“Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room. Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and...
