Hotel vicino a Juniper Golf Course - Redmond

“Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?”

“Bella struttura con camere ampie; pulita. Unico difetto troppo rumorosa; abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception, ma pur avendoci cambiato stanza il problema non è stato risolto. Vengono offerti tappi per le orecchie agli ospiti, ma sarebbe opportuno intervenire sul problema dell'impianto di condizionamento. ”

“We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Pillows were soft the bed was firm but comfortable for us. Long hallways. Anyways I...

“Brasada charged me the $150 incidental fee and will not refund me. I keep getting the run around. Its been over a month. My bank says brasada wont release the funds and THEY need to refund me. I call and get sent to a voicemail to leave messages that NEVER get replied too. Fraudulent charge, im going to have to report them to the BBB”

“I am giving this hotel a low rating because the advertised room rate was misleading once the additional charges were added. Being hit with a $40 per night resort fee along with parking charges significantly increased the actual cost of the stay. Resort fees feel sneaky and dishonest when they are not clearly reflected in the upfront pricing. Because of that experience, I will not stay here again, especially since I travel to Bend frequently and have many other lodging options available.”
