“Wish the sauna worked properly . It didn’t work the entire time we were there which was a bummer , but otherwise was a wonderful time, beautiful property !”

“Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. ”

Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room. “Everything was just ok the shower didn’t looked like it had been cleaned the toilet overflowed all over the bathroom let the attendant know all I got was a on and a plunger and handed a bag no mop or cleaner like bleach or something to clean the over flow from the toilet also if on site says pet friendly there shouldn’t be another fee if there not a place to ask are you traveling with pets then there shouldn’t be a fee there staff aren’t really friendly or helpful I do know that I will probably...
