“Checking in, the lobby was a pig-sty. The room was adequate, air conditioner worked well and ample parking. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet. I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded. “The room had a strange smell just walking in. The bathroom’s shower head pressure really wasn’t the best, it was really strong to where it hurt my scalp. It did look fairly clean so I appreciated that. There also seemed to be plenty of hair in the furniture which also was questionable. We did love the amenities like the pool and spa pool. The staff was also really friendly, when we told them about our room card not letting us in, and they were quick to help. Not sure if we would come back...

“This is the 2nd stay at this property and it did not disappoint. Close to dining, state park and town but removed enough to be quiet, peaceful and away from large groups of people. I will be staying here again and highly recommend the comfy cabins to others.”

“We were only there for one night, so that was fine. If you wanted to stay longer, I wouldn’t recommend unless you are a golfer. There wasn’t much to use to prepare meals, which we knew, which is why I wouldn’t stay longer. Otherwise, it was very scenic.”
