“Several of us have stayed in Luling for over three years as we search for Missing Person Jason Landry. The staff at Best Western are always kind and accomodating. We love the facilities as well. Getting two free drinks and chips and salsa are a nice bonus each evening.”

“The fire alarm went off at midnight and there was no one staffing the front desk to assist. The lights are wonky. The elevator didn’t work going down from the 4th floor. Pros: the room was clean and seemed brand new. ”

“Air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfy. Room lacked lighting in the room, no desk lamp, etc. The TV did not work. Very noisy neighbors next door, and they were outside our door, until at least midnight. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, small muffins, toast, juices, coffee..... no yogurt or fresh fruit.”

“As others have said some of the rooms are showing wear. The carpet is looking worn and a lot of scratches in the furniture. Having said that our room 412 had an exceptionally clean bathroom and kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were great. When my 16 year old and I arrived my husband and mother in law had already checked into our 2 rooms. When I walked into my room it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I let the staff know but I was too tired to move rooms. I asked...

“Parking was great. Clean room. I only would have liked if there was a coffee maker in the room. I had to walk down to the office to get coffee.”

“Basic accommodation but clean. Coffee in the reception area all day which is a bonus. Pool didn’t look very appealing so didn’t go in there. Best part for me was Augusta( I think that was his name) the lovely guy who made my day by organising the starburst into colour sections lol a fellow ocd’er! ”

“Habitación medianamente limpia, tuve que acercarme al personal para que limpiaran el retrete que estaba sucio. El desayuno solo es cereal, café y pan, nada de fruta. El aspecto interior está algo descuidado, las paredes están resanadas y sin pintar. ”

“La posizione è ottimale, il gestore cordiale, simpatico e Tocqueville. Ci ha dato informazioni su dove mangiare. La stanza è pulita e confortevole.”

“Cheap good option off the highway. Staff could have been more greating.. ice machine on sight was a nice addition”

“No cleaning, many things not working at the room. The staff is just there but they not even say anything not even a “good morning”. Very bad hotel in very bad conditions.”
