Hotel a Saint Hedwig

“The breakfast was terrible. Tasted worse than fast food. Not a fresh selection. I asked the housekeeping staff to make my bed three times and they didn’t make it at all. Only one elevator was working the whole time we were there. ”

“Great location but very ran down. Rooms were decent but there was mildew on the ceiling and around tub in the bathroom area. No maintenance was onsite and room phone was unable to connect to the front desk to request services. But the staff was helpful and accommodating ”

“Great service at check in, breakfast bar is great, the elevator went out while I was there but my ossue wasnt woth that. The issue was the faucet in the tub dripped and water pressure was horrible. This is my third stay here but this s the only issue i have had with this hotel out of the three stays. ”

“Everything costs extra. Room has no blow dryer, no coffee, no cups or anything that can go in the microwave. You have to take out your trash. Breakfast is very sparse - I had oatmeal in a coffee cup. There was coffee but no half and half, only syrupy creamer. Clean, quiet, nice staff but i would not stay again”

“Clean room. Staff gave me a fan for night time noise filter, which I appreciated very much. Parking was limited due to construction, but thankfully that was the only construction related issue I had which was understandable. Breakfast was great. Staff courteous and friendly. ”

“We stayed there for one night when we visited San Antonio. The staff was real nice. The room was fairly clean although it had a slight odor probably because of the AC. Breakfast contained boiled eggs, bagels, donuts and cereals, so was quite filling. Downtown San Antonio was less than half an hour so we could visit the Tower of the Americas at night without any problems and then came back by midnight to rest. Overall, would recommend the place for family stay. Not a high end hotel but definitely...
