“The property is under renovation and we were not informed of this. No restaurant in the hotel, the "breakfast room" was make-shift. We opted out of breakfast because of this. In room coffee options need better attention and updates. Mine were tea instead of coffee. these things are understandable considering the remodel, however it would have been good to know this ahead of time.”

“Liked: quiet, big room. Didn't like: odd odour in room, got locked out of our room and attendant was away from desk, hassled us about BW points because we booked through Expedia.”

“Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be.”

“The only reason why the stay was good was because of the staff that helped resolve my issues. Right at check in a pipe was loose in the bathroom and the room full of moisture. We were moved rooms no issues. The second room had a broken TV, not really a big deal but with kids kinda an inconvenience. The laundry services was not working property as I paid 5$ to dry two small loads and they weren’t even dry. The door from the pool area to get back into the building didn’t work and we were informed...

“It’s what you get for your money. I stayed about 3 weeks trying to find an apartment and I wouldn’t come back. They took pets and I have a cat which is why I stayed. I asked and paid for a room with a microwave and refrigerator and never got one. I was lied to 3 times about getting one. It was pretty quiet though. I wouldn’t consider it the safest but overall it was decent.”

“Staff was very welcoming and attentive. There was some construction during our stay that triggered the fire alarm but they right away handle it and made sure the process was quick so it wouldn’t be disruptive to the guest. My family loved staying there! Staff was friendly as well.”

“Don't stay here. Horrible customer service. There for 6 days, and nobody came to clean the room. Under the beds were filthy. Sheets were stained.”

“Our room was clean, huge with all the amenities and very quiet. The staff was very helpful, polite and respectful. It was close to our kids and grandkids and other things. We would most definitely stay here again.”
