“The staff was great very patient and understanding. I thought check in time was at 11am but it was at 3pm. He was checking the status of the rooms for us. He offered us to stay until they were ready. We ended up going to a nearby mall. The rooms were spotless and smelled nice. There was a nice note left for us as well. “clean room and enjoyable breakfast”

“This was more a motel than a hotel. AC had been off before we arrived and room was damp and smelled damp. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimum, sort of greasy. We were in a construction area and right off the highway and busy commercial space. It did not live up to the rating it had on Expedia.”

“Specifically, as I was preparing to checkout and was loading my car, the maintenance man did not give me a chance to close my car windows and began blowing dust and dirt in my face and in my car as I was loading it. He did not say anything or motion to me but just kept blowing the parking lot which I believe was in appropriate. I already had a previous incident where I was refused to check in after making a reservation and was turned away a few weeks ago. I will never stay here ever again.”
