“We stayed during renovations but the property was clean. Our room had a terrible sewage smell. It only got worse through the weekend. The guy a couple doors down said his did too. Our friend was staying across the hall and it did not smell that way but the AC wasn’t working that great in her room. It seems like they are working on fixing the issues”

“The only reason why the stay was good was because of the staff that helped resolve my issues. Right at check in a pipe was loose in the bathroom and the room full of moisture. We were moved rooms no issues. The second room had a broken TV, not really a big deal but with kids kinda an inconvenience. The laundry services was not working property as I paid 5$ to dry two small loads and they weren’t even dry. The door from the pool area to get back into the building didn’t work and we were informed...

“Our room was clean, huge with all the amenities and very quiet. The staff was very helpful, polite and respectful. It was close to our kids and grandkids and other things. We would most definitely stay here again.”

“Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be.”
