“Excellent staff. Property needs new carpet or at least shampooing on all levels . The whole hotel from the lobby to our 5th room hotel smelled like dirty, dusty carpet.”

“I think they should consider do a deep cleaning, specially in the bathrooms. The matresses are not very comfortable. I reserved the family deluxe room with 3 beds and a sofa with option as bed, but we couldn't use because it was very dirty. The good thing was that the room was very spacious and we could fit a inflatable matress. There was crocraches running around so try not to leave food. I will probably not stay here again in the future.”

“Stayed on top level, elevator broke overnight, and that was a pain. Wanted a cold drink, the cooler in the store in the lobby was broken, not cool, dripping water. Staff didn't seem to care. Probably won't stay here again.”

“Spent one night for a concert at the Alamodome. Breakfast was very good; scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, a fresh-made pancake machine, pastries, cereals. Coffee/tea bar available 24 hours. Facility was very clean as was the room. Bed is VERY soft if that's what you like. You kinda sink into it like a big cloud. Quiet, slept well. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the shower. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided. A/C worked great. Security cameras in the parking lot...
