“The breakfast was bad. They were short staffed, but the staff available did their best. ”

“Rooms dirty, no soap, toilet seat loose, room phone dead, Elevator not working. We had a room on the 3rd floor. I have stayed there over 20 times and the quality has declined every visit. This was our last stay”

“Staff was super friendly. Our room was clean, the hallway smelt nice. Even tho the pool is in the middle of the hotel, it doesn’t have a strong chlorine smell. Breakfast was okay, sausage was burnt on one side and eggs were watery but I have had worse at other places. Overall the hotel was great, super clean and very quiet.”

“Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything. ”

“Room was clean No television even after having the front desk check it only to be told sorry no tv Breakfast warmers were said to be out of order so no hot breakfast as advertised ”

“My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!”

“Didn’t even check in. Pulled into the parking lot and noticed that the windows were busted out of at least 3 of the rooms. Felt very unsafe. Boyfriend went in and checked the lobby and was going to have host show us a room but the lobby was absolutely nasty. We ended up going in and talking to the host and he told me he had already cancelled my booking because the card I used to hold the room didn’t go through. Remind you I use this card only to hold rooms and then use my actual card to pay for...

“Parking easy, convenient. Breakfast good, fresh lots of choices. Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Convenient to highway and to town. Bathroom door did not latch. ”

“Room was disgusting, had what looked like dried food an semen on bedding. No towels in room. Front office refused a refund after arguing about the cleanliness of room. Took an hour to get bedding changed after arguing with them. Would not recommend.”
