Hotel a Brooklyn

“No breakfast 2 days in a row Dirty and smelly room Food left in refrigerator Coffee pot dirty Stains on couch Toilet kept running and it was.dirty Water damage visible in the bathroom Shower curtain ripped and dirty Just for a few things I was not satisfied with”

“This property was conveniently located for my stay. The bedding was clean and new. However, the room needs updates. My door needed to be pulled closed. Could easily have been left askew. Then when closed, there was light coming through the crack.”

“Room not clean, hallway and stairwell and elevator not clean, no shampoo dispenser, filthy shower curtain, dirty fork on bathroom floor, smoke detector covered with plastic shopping bag, bugs on hallway carpet”

“The pool was the only reason this hotel was chosen; all other hotels with pools were booked. Upon arrival, people were sitting outside and the pool was out of order. Should be required to list any amenities that are not usable on booking site.”

“Pool was closed most of the time we were there. Breakfast was very minimal compared to other places.”

“Area was very nice. Enjoyed the outdoor space. Please though, check your rooms for common amenities. There were no hangers in the room for clothes. The website did not list if the room provided a microwave and fridge and I was happy to see that it did! I contacted the owner and asked if a hairdryer and iron with iron board was provided. The owner was happy to put a hairdryer in the room but could not provide the iron/ iron board. Over all we would stay there again.”

“Manager is always helpful and keeps everything looking great! The location is also near lots of attractions.”

“Wanted to upgrade my stay but couldn't do it threw the app, lady behind the counter helped me out tremendously and when the upgrade had ac unit not working they moved me to another room and were more then helpful and major upgrade was giving, I recommend this place and there staff”

“I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for 2 nights. I was very disappointed that they didn't come in sometime during the 2nd day to tidy things up. Since I was by myself, I didn't need towels but since I was paying the full price for the second night, I felt like I should have received a new "clean" room for the second day too. Without housekeeping coming in, I feel that I should have had a discounted rate for the second day.”

“The place is charming with high ceilings and big windows, and we even had a fireplace in the room. I am not sure if it works or if we were allowed to use it. it was summer anyway. However, there was no microwave in the room or the hotel as a whole, and there was no ice machine, the kind of things that you would need at a hotel. The hotel had a parking lot in the back, which is a great amenity when the hotel is in a kind of a busy area (not to say that anywhere in Clinton, MI is busy!)...
