“Breakfast menu was OK. TV menu confusing. No glasses in room. Other than that clean and comfortable.”

“The most unique aspect of this property is that the indoor pool is IN the first floor lobby! So be prepared for indoor humidity and noise during pool hours. Many rooms face the pool and have glass exterior walls with curtains! The design feels very dated and accessibility is an issue - stairs with no visible ramp to the breakfast bar. Staff was helpful, room was clean but amenities were few. In serious need of an update!”

“The studio we stayed in was overall poorly lite especially the bathroom. The appearance of the hotel inside needs to be updated. We should have stayed somewhere else and paid the extra money.”

“When I was finally ready to take a shower after getting settled in the water was freezing cold. The head of the bed was closer to the floor than the foot of the bed. The air conditioner kept going off, and I had peeping construction workers through my back window! Definitely not my most comfortable hotel to stay in.”

“Overall it's a nice hotel. Shower is hot Bathroom size is huge. Comfy beds. It gets 3 stars because 1) The leading hotel photo is of a hot tub with bubbling jets. They aren't working/on. It's just a big bath. I choose hotels based on ones having a hot tub. 2) Reviews raved about the breakfast. It looks nice just like the brochure and the items they buy are nice quality like the tiny triangle scones, muffins and bagels. Waffle irons worked. The hot breakfast was bottom 3 worst I've...

“The shower floor was as slippery as a hockey rink, with no curb, so water got out on the tile which made that slippery too. I was supposed to get a 6:00 AM wakeup call...that never occurred.”

“They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid.”

“The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place.”
