“Nice hotel overall. It is a little older and can use some updating with the shower, TV, and overall refresh. Note - drinking vending machines were not stocked which is a big inconvenience as well. Worth ratings based on upkeep, but lower price is earned because it is a little outdated. Not a bad place though.”

“They had a nice selection of breakfast choices. The rooms were clean, but they do need some maintenance. We saw some mold in the tub at the caulk lines and you really couldn't see out the windows. I know they saw they have a gym, but there isn't any equipment. Just a bench and treadmill.”

“Stayed for MSU graduation. Every staff member interaction was great, special shout out to Kyra who was in charge of room we rented for the reception- she was wonderful to work with, as was Ellie at the front desk. Comfortable accommodations, would stay again!”

“There was no breakfast. It is very basic. I stayed for two nights during graduation weekend. The one positive was when I checked in they gave me a little bag with some pompoms, a whistle, and noise maker for people who were here for graduation. The room was mostly acceptable with functioning fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and shower. However, I didn’t feel that it was thoroughly clean. The towels and bedding appeared to be clean and the mattress was decent. But the bathroom was dingy and...

“As a world traveler and a professional clinician, I've never felt so unwelcome or judged. Front staff had horrible attitude. Brutal service, like I was doing the most severe injustice by checking in and paying them. Judged because I had a service dog. The room was very broken down. Truly disappointed. ”

“First room smelled like ashtray, second room had food leftovers from previous guests in the refrigerator, dirty/ foggy mirrors, blue curtains had white stains all over, carpet had large brown stains, jacuzzi wasn’t working.”
