“Very nice.”

“Clean, location was very good, nice furniture. Did not like that the side door was one at all times! Breakfast was limited to carbs. With dietary needs, couldn’t eat anything except maybe the orange. No bananas or oatmeal. American diet is not healthy!”

“I had took from this hotel for 3 days while I was visiting this area. The Internet was extremely poor as it kept disconnecting. The front desk tried their best to accommodate me; however, it was embarrassing when I was on customer conference calls. Other than that, it was okay.”

“It seems that this property has been recently renovated as everything was in top condition. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The room was also very quiet. The area has a large mall nearby and plenty of choices for restaurants. A great place to stay!”

“pulizia effettuata a giorni alterni senza nessuna informazione preventiva sia alla prenotazione che al check-in. il secondo giorno ho dovuto sollecitare al mio rientro la pulizia della camera perchè ancora non effettuata alle 2:45 PM pulizia della camera appena sufficiente e comunque incompleta e effettuata in maniera frettolosa personale alla reception non sempre presente perchè nascosto nella camera antistante a controllare il cellulare (devo specificare per correttezza che tale comportamento...

“The woman who greeted us last night was very friendly (she was there at check out this morning too). The hotel was clean and it was overall a very enjoyable stay!”

“Stayed 2 nights here. Likes: friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was decent, snack bar was good. Dislikes: room wasn’t cleaned after 1st night, had to ask for clean towels, had to ask for linens for pull out bed, suite was small, hand soap (pump) was mounted too tall for our daughter and requested bar soap. Our stay was just “meh” and likely would not stay here again.”

“We came for a high school graduation and it was perfect for our stay in Southfield. Rooms were large and had a refrigerator and kitchen area. Staff were helpful and breakfast (included) was a nice addition. The pool was family friendly and was fun for my niece.”
