“It was just ok”

“The listing was deluxe king suite with a bedroom, kitchen and dining area that slept 5. I walked Into one room, one bed and a giant hot tub in the middle of the room. Not the listing i booked At all. Whole hotel smells like weed. People live in the hotel so there’s belongings and people standing and being all around the building all night long. The fire department was called due to someone smoking in their room. Overall i dont Think I’d book here again.”

“Good location for my business trip with good food options near by. The pedestal bed was at least 3 feet high and hard to get into. The tub drain plug was broken. Breakfast very basic with waffles, toast, bagels, could cereal, juice, fruit, coffee, and yogurt but no real protein. I only ate there once in 4 days.”

“Try fixing the hot tub 1st and strictly enforcing the rules for children in the pool area the only reason I booked the room was for the hot tub and swimming pool which was broken and full of disrespectful children with little to no home training”

“Fantastic breakfast and service. Traveling for a month, so the laundry services were clean and easy to use. Location between Ann Arbor and Detroit was great!”

“This is a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget price. I would say this is a 2.5 star establishment vs the 3 star it’s advertised as. In need of renovations. But it was ok all around for a budget.”

“This place used to be nice years ago, but had extremely gone downhill sadly. the windows of room were extremely dirty (we had a doorwall on 1st floor) the glass was so bad I tried to take hot water to clean it myself. I also was on my hands and knees in our hotel room cleaning the floors that were also extremely dirty. Also the bed sunk to the middle and was extremely way too soft and broken in. “When we first checked in, they said they didn’t have our room available. I had booked two bedroom suite for my daughter’s birthday. They told me that they sold my room to someone else even though I booked it two months ahead of time. After arguing with them, they finally decided to give me the original room that I booked, but it was very stressful. “For the moment I walk through the door is the staff was very warm and welcoming. I love the aesthetics of the inside of the hotel with the bar visible from the front entryway. I also do like that there were separate elevators for each tower of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were really comfortable, but most of all I love that the checkout time is at noon so that you don’t feel rushed leaving your room in the morning.”

“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”
