“Shower floor needed a good scrubbing, otherwise the room appeared clean and neat. The breakfast was a disappointment…warming trays were empty…not sure what should have been there…eggs? Meat? Already peeled hard cooked eggs were good. Juice pitchers were empty. Mixed fruit would have been nice. Shuttle staff were great as were front desk persons.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise.
