“Air conditioning was ok, rooms were not clean , 1 staff is not adequate for front desk/ breakfast and atrending to customer needs. We were given a room with zero toiletries, tub wasnt clean, fridge and microwave not clean either. ”

“This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.The breakfast was the only perk to the amenities. Only one towel holder in the bathroom. The plumbing was not working well. The bathtub was stopped up and when asked for it to be addressed they gave my granddaughter a plunger so I had to unstop it myself. Their were so many children running around the lobby, it was worse than Chuck E Cheese. The hotel guest were totally out of order so much the police had to be called. I was restricted to my room...

“The hotel location was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff was topnotch! There was an issue with the area unit in my room, that happened at 4a! The front desk clerk immediately put me into another room when I informed her the next morning. Unfortunately, the blower in the new room blew air out, without stopping, during the night. I had to turn it off. It was a little chilly, but not too bad. ”

“This used to be an old apartment building that has been recently renovated with modern vibes . The rooms are full size one bedroom apartments with sizable kitchen. Great for term stays or large families. Parking is reasonable at $30 for the area with in and out privileges - located across the street. Easy walk to Little Caesar’s arena and Comerica Park. The check in is very strict at 4pm . Make sure your phone is charged because only digital keys are given. ”

“The breakfast ends at 9am on the weekend which is insane breakfast should be 10am on weekend no one wants to wake up early on a weekend. ”
