“I've never stayed at a Hilton property where management allowed very large loud parties to continue in the large open Atrium areas where all rooms are effected by the very loud party attendees, until after 1AM on a weekend evening. Or where management allowed groups of children to run the halls & bang on doors of other guests, very late into the evening as well. After speaking with several locals at a local event at another location, I discovered that this hotel is known to be a party...

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains.
