“The hotel location was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff was topnotch! There was an issue with the area unit in my room, that happened at 4a! The front desk clerk immediately put me into another room when I informed her the next morning. Unfortunately, the blower in the new room blew air out, without stopping, during the night. I had to turn it off. It was a little chilly, but not too bad. ”

“Room wasn’t as pictured. Visibly dirty with hair EVERYWHERE. Looked almost like a dingy motel almost. I complained and they didn’t move me but did come and “clean”. There was still hair. Construction was annoying and the room I was out in was next to a loud family. Did not get much quiet. Was also watched and followed on my floor by some sketchy guy.”

“Nice large room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good, great waffles, bagels, fruit yogurt, etc. Large well lite parking lot. A good value for the price. A1 staff.”

“I believe the ladies name at the front desk that morning was was named Takeisha, but thank you so much. I had a long night on the road and went to sleep twice and I had to wait almost 9 hours to check in my room. I was able to rest peacefully safe and clean thanks to her definitely will visit again. Stay there again.”

“This property was a 10/10. Super clean. Room was HUGE. Staff was so friendly. This hotel was amazing. I’d come here everytime I’m in town.”

“We forget to Ask for room service, so room is not made up daily. We asked for handicap room and none were available. Plus we asked for a room with a walk in shower and the room only had a tub. The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. But they ended up having to give us additional add on's to make the room suitable for my husband to be able to get around. ”

“I’ve stayed here when it was still Sonder. I would like the hotel to provide square footage of the rooms on booking sites. Also in the past Sonder would offer early check depending on the time at 20 or 30 dollars. Hotel Houze charges 50 dollars regardless of time. The earliest they allow check in is 330. 50 is a bit high for early check in. Other than that ”
