“Property was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was vast and plenty options that were close to the door . Breakfast could have definitely been better but it was fresh just needed more options. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive. Did not see one bug !!”

“The air conditioner looked like someone had thrown up on it, and nobody cleaned it out! It was actually pretty disgusting, but all I really needed was a place to sleep for a couple of nights. I wish I could upload pictures of it. Oh and when you tell guest that your hotel just went under renovations just tell the truth and that you just sapped some paint on the walls. I hope this helps other travelers.”

“Waiting area was extremely hot when we walked in. Got there a few minutes before check in but was told we had to wait. During this 15 minutes a whole crowd accumulated in the lobby. Snacks are in bags at the front desk for hilton honors members, which I am, but still didn't receive a bag. Floors are dirty. Pull out bed has yellow stains all over it. Fridge had a huge chunk of ice where freezer needs to be thawed out. Breakfast was fine. Man cooking the omelets was friendly. Trash all over the...

“Power went out on 3rd of July, I had to work on the 4th for 24 hrs. I found out at work power wouldn't be restored until Tuesday so we decided to get a hotel. Reserved thru Expedia for two days, but somehow, Holiday Inn only had us for one day. So while I'm at the house setting up generators and extension cords, one of the managers came down to the room to have my family leave at noon. “This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge.
On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...
