Hotel a Livonia

“Room was very dirty, the drain stopper was broken, shampoo holder was broken, the sheets had lint over them. The table in my room had no chair, the bathroom had no garbage bin and there were no amenities outside of a bar of soap and shampoo. The staff didn’t tell me about the complimentary breakfast nor told me how to connect to the wifi. At night, there were people banging the walls at 2 am. One of the worst experiences of my life.”

“Friendly & efficient check-in, beds & pillows very comfortable, room clean enough, great value for 2 doubles at $53. AC/heating unit worked great and I liked that I could run the fan on low continuously during the night. Stay was quiet on a Tuesday and there was hot coffee in the lobby. ”

“Room was nice, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Decent breakfast selection. Didn’t get a chance to use many amenities. Nice snack selection but pricy. Overall very pleasant experience and would stay there again when in the area”

“I believe the ladies name at the front desk that morning was was named Takeisha, but thank you so much. I had a long night on the road and went to sleep twice and I had to wait almost 9 hours to check in my room. I was able to rest peacefully safe and clean thanks to her definitely will visit again. Stay there again.”

The workout room was smaller than most. only complaint was two of the machines were half tore up. The pool was spacious but it was exceedingly cold. “The hotel location was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff was topnotch! There was an issue with the area unit in my room, that happened at 4a! The front desk clerk immediately put me into another room when I informed her the next morning. Unfortunately, the blower in the new room blew air out, without stopping, during the night. I had to turn it off. It was a little chilly, but not too bad. ”
