“The staff were incredible, very respectful and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no hot water to be had for the shower even though the faucet was indeed turned to ‘H’. Overall, bed was comfortable, and it was an okay place to spend a night or two for the price.”

“Only complaint no big towels were in my room I requested some and never received them.”

“We had to wait for the front desk worker to return to the desk to check us in. Our room had a bad smell to it. Possibly smoking permitted at some time? The breakfast was seriously lacking with very limited choices and nothing with flavor. ”

“Hot tub was broken and the in house restaurant has been closed for over a year. Both reasons why we chose to stay here. Wanted a one stop shop and that's what they advertised. I should have booked another spot but we just dealt with it. No one was at the front desk when we arrived had to look around for someone finally they came out. ”

“Ant crawling on the floor /toilet did not flush properly how to change rooms / new room had no remote control for the television/ picture quality on the television is very poor and remote control had no menu selection on it for the television ”

“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”
