Hotel a Redford

“It's really a rarity these days when you find somebody working a check-in of a hotel to go the extra mile for you. That happened for me yesterday and I want to tell you about it. When I checked into the Radisson hotel Detroit airport, it was early in the afternoon. My reservation wasn't quite there from orbits. However, the check-in person as well as the on duty manager took care of it to allow me to check in at a pretty early time and allow me to get on with my day”

“Stayed for my mom's birthday. They put balloons and a card in the room for her. That was very nice of them. Also gave us late check out (12pm) for free. ”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Solid team on the desk. They absolutely worked with me as I made a mistake in my booking. Hell, the housekeeping staff even jumped in to relay messages to the desk when they discovered the problem. I can’t say enough good things about the employees. ”
